Tonglen Meditation

 

“The Tonglen meditation is a Tibetan Buddhist practice for overcoming the fear of suffering and for dissolving the tightness of our heart. Primarily it is a method for awakening the compassion that is inherent in all of us.”

 

If one feels inspired, Tonglen (or the intention of holding that space) can be incorporated into the Quantum Pause Technique shared by James on the WingMakers website in the Fifth Neruda Interview and Project Camelot Interview.

When we started this practice, it was not with a view for personal gain. We were almost thunder-struck when the practice had the miraculous effect of increasing personal mastery to become a clearer portal for our Soul to manifest in the worlds of time-space.  

To give credit where it is due, we first heard about the practice from a gentleman named Harry Palmer, the author/creator of the Avatar Materials, in a video on Youtube. After googling Tonglen,  we discovered the videos by Pema Chodron and Tulku Tsori Rinpoche (below). 

We have more to share about this in the second part of the book, which has been delayed — mostly for health reasons.

Whilst it is our desire to finish the 2nd book and share Priya’s continuing Journey to Wholeness, please know that in the event it does not manifest, we hope it will be shared through our Energetic Heart for the benefit of all…

The words have already been written in the air.

And maybe we can play together again, as equal companions, sitting around each others’ fires, sharing ideas how to lift our planet and help one another…
